Diane Kyanga is a second-year communications major at the Université Chrétienne Bilingue du Congo (UCBC). 

In May 2015, Diane was able to travel to Kenya for the Lausanne Creation Care and the Gospel conference in Nairobi and a YECA-led natural science training at the A Rocha Kenya field study center. It was through this experience that Diane became interested in becoming a creation care leader on her campus, including work with the Creation Care Volunteers student group. She has also developed a love for bird-watching and hopes to be able to learn more about their identification and protection in Congo.
